CEO & Co-Founder

As Co-founder and CEO of Centaur Billing, Farah Agarwal is a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering high-quality client service. With over a decade of experience in running successful businesses and a family background deeply rooted in the healthcare sector, Farah recognized early on the transformative potential of technology in US healthcare revenue cycle management.

In 2020, she founded Centaur Billing to bridge the gaps she saw in the industry, focusing on technology-driven efficiency, reduced costs, and improved client experiences. Under her vision and leadership, Centaur Billing has grown into one of the leading RCM providers in the US healthcare system. Alongside overseeing business operations, she also leads the HR and Administration functions, ensuring Centaur is not only a trusted partner for clients but also a great place to work.
Farah’s entrepreneurial journey has been an inspiration to many, particularly women in leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Santhosh Jose (Sandy)

President & Co-Founder

As President and Head of Client Services, Santhosh Jose (Sandy) sets Centaur Billing’s overall strategic direction and drives operational excellence. With 22+ years of experience in the US healthcare industry, Sandy brings unmatched expertise in service delivery, vendor management, MIS, operations, and client relationship management

Known for his client-first mindset, Sandy has worked with industry leaders such as Ajuba, Technosoft Global Services, and Access Healthcare Services before joining Centaur. His focus is on expanding services, scaling revenue, and ensuring uncompromising client satisfaction while mentoring teams to reach their full potential.
Sandy’s approachable leadership style and people-first philosophy have made him deeply respected by both clients and employees. Outside the office, he enjoys fitness and cherishes time with his family.

Vinod Pushppan

Associate Vice President – Head of Human Resources
As Head of Human Resources & Management, Vinod Pushppan brings a unique blend of experience, academic excellence, and passion for people development. Holding a Master’s in HR & Business Administration, a Bachelor’s in IT, along with advanced certifications including Six Sigma, QMS, People Analytics (XLRI), and NLP & Mindfulness, Vinod is an HR leader of high pedigree.
His contributions to the HR industry have earned him numerous accolades, including CHRO of the Year 2024 (Economic Times HR World), India’s Great HR Leaders to Work With (2024), and recognition as one of the Top HR Leaders in Tamil Nadu (World HRD Congress). His approach combines strategic people practices with inclusivity, innovation, and employee empowerment.

Natarajan Kannaian

Senior Director – Operations
With over 21 years of expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Natarajan Kannaian is a seasoned leader known for operational excellence and client-focused delivery. At Centaur, he oversees end-to-end operations for 450+ professionals, ensuring consistently high performance and client satisfaction.
Natarajan has successfully led multiple client transitions with 100% on-time go-lives, streamlined operational processes to reduce buffer percentages, and improved gross margins and EBITDA. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, transformation, and measurable results, making him a trusted leader both internally and externally.

CA Juvva Harish

Finance & Accounts Manager
CA Juvva Harish leads Centaur Billing’s Finance & Accounts division with over 7 years of expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and reporting. Known for his sharp financial acumen, Harish has been instrumental in ensuring Centaur’s financial excellence, stability, and scalability.
His contributions include successful completion of two consecutive statutory audits without critical observations, robust tax planning strategies that reduce liabilities, and streamlining of budgeting and forecasting for better cost control. He has also led financial restructuring efforts that improved both operational efficiency and profitability.
At Centaur, Harish oversees the full spectrum of financial operations from cash flow and daily transactions to financial reporting, compliance, and stakeholder management. His meticulous approach not only strengthens Centaur’s financial health but also enhances transparency and trust with partners and clients. Driven by vision and discipline, Harish ensures Centaur remains financially resilient in a dynamic business environment.
